Christmas Tractor Run and Family Social Event

We Are Farming Minds Christmas Light Up Tractor Run followed by a farming family social event.  This is a free social event for farming families in Herefordshire.

On Saturday December 10th 2022 we will be holding a Christmas Tractor Run which will depart from Aconbury Court HR2 6PQ.  Registration from 3pm for prompt departure at 4pm and to return to Aconbury Court.  £10 entry fee per tractor and the best decorated tractor will lead the way!  Please email wearefarmingminds@gmail.com for application/registration form with full details and route.  We have to limit the number of tractors so be quick and all registrations must be in no later than Saturday December 3rd. 

This will be followed by a FREE family social event which is also being held at Aconbury Court by kind permission of Lilwall & Sons.  Family fun and festivities begin at 5.30pm and finish by 9pm.  Food will be provided for everyone and there will be a bar available (cash/card).  There will be loads for the kids to enjoy which includes face painting, gingerbread decorating, story corner and an amazing pop-up farm by Pentre Farm.  

This will be a chance for farming families to spend time together and really get into the Christmas spirit!  SOCIAL EVENT NOW FULL - Online booking through our website is essential so please book here to secure your ticket.  If you are taking part in the tractor run and attending the event afterwards please email us for the registration form and book your tickets for the social event online through our website.
